Amit has over 20 years of experience in technology and transformation and specialises in driving innovation and long-term value for the businesses he invests in or works with. He is consistently recognised for his ability to simplify complex problems and bring clarity to any situation.
His career includes leadership roles in three start-ups that were successfully acquired. With this experience and well-honed skills in growth and business operations he founded evince Consulting, which delivers Clarity, Capacity, and Capability to CIOs and IT Leaders of Australian SMEs.
Alongside his professional endeavours, Amit is a husband, father of three, and a health & fitness advocate. He enjoys coaching and mentoring, and is dedicated to enhancing careers and personal wellbeing.

Background
Amit is of Indian heritage but was born in Fiji, where his family fled to New Zealand during the first military coups in the 1980s, and then subsequently settled in Australia in the early 1990s.
Coming from a family where his parents, who never had education beyond high school, held diverse jobs and ran businesses, Amit’s background is rich with varied experiences. He pursued an engineering degree, reflecting his early fascination with both digital and mechanical technology.
In 2023, Amit left his executive leadership career to focus on business investment and entrepreneurial endeavours. This has included founding and partnering on multiple ventures, with his primary focus on evince Consulting, a technology consulting firm reimagined for the modern-day enterprise.
