With this experience and over 20 years in technology and innovation, Amit specialises in driving growth and long-term value in businesses he invests in. Recognised for his ability to bridge the gap between people, process, and technology, Amit guides organisations in realising their goals and ambitions. His approach integrates a clear vision, the necessary skills, and strategic adoption, focusing on strategy, operational effectiveness, and change management.
Alongside his professional endeavours, Amit is a husband, father of three, and a health & fitness advocate. He enjoys coaching and mentoring, and is dedicated to enhancing careers and personal wellbeing.

Background
Amit is of Indian heritage but was born in Fiji, where his family fled to New Zealand during the first military coups in the 1980s, and then subsequently settled in Australia in the early 1990s.
Coming from a family where his parents, who never had education beyond high school, held diverse jobs and ran businesses, Amit’s background is rich with varied experiences. He pursued an engineering degree, reflecting his early fascination with both digital and mechanical technology.
In 2023, Amit left his executive leadership career to focus on business investment and entrepreneurial endeavours. This has included founding and partnering on multiple ventures, with his primary focus on evince, a technology consulting firm reimagined for the modern-day enterprise.
